Band Camp

All band, percussion, and color guard members are required to attend summer band camp to secure a spot in the fall semester field show. Since performances begin shortly after the school year starts, missing over 100 hours of instruction makes it extremely difficult to catch up.

Students must bring a 1-gallon water jug and wear a hat, tennis shoes, and athletic clothing for safety and comfort. Those who do not have these items will be sent home. The Royal Marching Regiment operates on a strict schedule, so arrive early and come prepared with all necessary materials.

Student Contributions

Each student in the program is asked to contribute $400 for the fall season to help cover essential operating expenses. This includes instructional staff, production costs, tournament fees, costumes, uniforms, and more. Specialized instruction provides students with valuable skills in discipline and perseverance, which they can apply to their academic studies and beyond.

Our program cannot exist without the support of… YOU! You provide us with the fuel to move forward. The total operating budget for the Quartz Hill Royal Marching Regiment fall season is approximately $72,000. We are able to offset this cost with general account fundraisers but the remaining student donation for this year is $400. This donation can be paid all at once, or can be broken down into a payment schedule.

Contributions can be made in full or through a flexible payment schedule. We accept checks payable to "Quartz Hill Band Boosters," cash, or online payments.

Your support ensures the continued success of the Royal Marching Regiment and its tradition of excellence!
